• CLEAN LIGHTING SOLUTIONS WINS LED STREET LIGHTING PROJECT

  RALEIGH, NC - Clean Lighting Solutions, LLC (“Clean Lighting”) announced today that it has contracted with Sunovia Energy Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SUNV) to design, prototype and manufacture an LED street light for installation at the United States Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.

  
  

  The project calls for the installation of 1,200 EvoLucia™ brand cobra head street lights. Because the LED lights are extremely energy-efficient and require no maintenance for 12 years, the lights will save Camp LeJeune significant energy and maintenance costs. Further, the LED lights will reduce carbon emissions by approximately 22.5 tons per year.

  
  

  The EvoLucia lights are replacements of the 100W and 250W high-pressure sodium lights with 75W and 105W LED cobra heads. They contain the newest high-brightness Cree® LEDs (Nasdaq: CREE) and employ patent-pending Aimed Optics™ technology to focus maximum light on the ground, virtually eliminating glare, wasted light and light pollution.
